Case No. 609 of 2013, Divorce Case No. 64 of 2013 and Complaint Case No. 2059 of 2013 to the Court of Competent Jurisdiction of Bagaha Sessions Division within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

The successor Court shall dispose of the matter positively, within a period of six months from the date of this order without granting any unnecessary adjournment to any party and shall not insist on the personal appearance of any of the party on any date except it is absolutely essential.
