JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 29-04-2015 Learned counsel for the petitioner is not present. However, a show cause affidavit has been filed on behalf of the opposite party no.2 disclosing that a decision has been taken vide Annexure A by the Director, in-Chief, Health Services, Bihar, Patna in compliance of the order dated 05.11.2012 passed in C.W.J.C. No.11108 of 2010 as contained in Annexure 1. It appears from Annexure A appended with the affidavit filed today that a direction has been given for payment of salary etc.
Patna High Court MJC No.3292 of 2013 (2) dt.29-04-2015 2 / 2 to the petitioner for the period commencing from 01.08.2009 to 11.03.2010 after deducting the extra amount paid to him. Further direction is that the balance amount and benefit of A.C.P. would also be given to the petitioner in accordance with rule and procedure. Thus, it is contended that the order of this Court has been fully complied.
