JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. This is an application seeking anticipatory bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 341,323,308, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that before institution of the present Sahpur P.S. Case No. 264 of 2014, petitioner no.2 had instituted an F.I.R. against the sons of the informant being Sahpur P.S. Case No. 263 of 2014 on 18.9.2014 as they had refused to pay back the amount which petitioner no.2 had given to the family of the present informant. In view of the submission as above, let petitioners above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48689 of 2014 (2) dt.30-04-2015 named in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ara in Shapur P.S case No. 264 of 2014 (G.R.
