The allegation against the petitioner is that he was indulged in collecting money from the employed youth. A.B.P.No.3127 of 2012 filed by him in the court of Sessions Judge, Patna was dismissed on 26.9.2012. Hence, this application for grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
The allegation against the petitioner is general in nature. This Court has already allowed Criminal Misc. Case No.34506 of 2011 filed by co-accused Vijay Kumar for grant of anticipatory bail on 14.10.2011. This case also stands virtually on the same footing. Hence, the application is allowed.

No.35063 of 2013 (4) dt.10-04-2015 2/2 In the event of arrest, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Shashi Mishra, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Patna, in connection with Patliputra P.S. Case No.50/11 (G.R. No.1199/11), subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
