Petitioner seeks bail in Khagaul P.S. Case No.184 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 406, 420, 467, 468, 471/34 Indian Penal Code.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has clean antecedents. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner that each student paid rupees fifty thousand to him for providing job. It is further submitted that even giving money for getting employment through illegal means is itself an offence although he denies the allegation of taking money as alleged in the written report. Petitioner is in custody since 15.07.2018.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.69046 of 2018(2) dt.30-11-2018 2/2 the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, V, Danapur, Patna, in connection with Khagaul P.S. Case No.184 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) J. Alam/- U T
