This writ application has been filed for directing the respondent authorities to accept the joining and to pay the salary of petitioner as the petitioner, after release from custody after getting bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 22.01.2022 passed in Cr. Appeal (DB) No. 523 of 2016, has submitted his joining in terms of Rule 9(3) of the Bihar CCA Rules, 2005 and to pay the salary of petitioner for the period he was in custody.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

Patna High Court CWJC No.6025 of 2022(5) dt.13-11-2024 2/2 during pendency of the case, joining of the petitioner has already been accepted and so far payment of salary is concerned, petitioner prays for disposal of the writ application granting him liberty to file representation before the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Vaishali at Hajipur (Respondent No. 6).

4. In view of the aforesaid submission, this writ application is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file representation before the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Vaishali at Hajipur (Respondent No. 6) with all the supporting documents within a period of six weeks from today.

5. If such, representation is filed by the petitioner within the stipulated time period, Respondent No. 6 shall dispose of the same, after hearing the parties, by a speaking and reasoned order, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of filing of such representation.

6. Writ application stands disposed of with the aforesaid observations.
