Case No.96 of 2013 for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 409, 420, 467, 468 and 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code. A.B.P.No.3684 of 2013 filed by him in the court of Sessions Judge, Patna was dismissed on 9.9.2013. Hence, this application for grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

It is submitted that the F.I.R. is filed 14 years after the alleged incident. The petitioner is said to be a senior citizen. This Court finds that it is not necessary to arrest the petitioner. Hence, the application is allowed.
