2. Petitioner is in custody since 22.07.2016 in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 238 of 2014 for the offences punishable under Sections 302 & 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The accusation is of killing.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to village politics and has also got no criminal antecedent. He has further submitted that some of the co-accused persons having similar allegation in this case have been granted bail by co-ordinate benches of this Court in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 30411 of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46284 of 2016 (5) dt.28-01-2017 2/2 2015 and Criminal Miscellaneous No. 3787 of 2016.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of accusation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand rupees only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M.(West) Muzaffarpur, in connection with Sahebganj P.S.
