The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 651 of 2018 (Special Case No. 8794 of 2018) for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) and 37(c)) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. The allegation is regarding recovery of 501 liters of illicit liquor from the back side of the house of the petitioners. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioners are having a clean antecedent and are languishing in custody since

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise Act, Patna in connection with Danapur P.S.
