1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) For commanding the Respondent authorities to take action to save the public road HULASI TOLA-BHAWANI TOLA situated

Patna High Court CWJC No.6314 of 2024(2) dt.01-07-2024 2/3 over the land bearing Khata No 1756, Plot No 1947, situated at village Bhawani Tola, Mauza Kita Chauhatar, Revenue Thana No 6, P.S. Maner, Distt. Patna, from the private respondents or the land grabbers.

(ii) For directing the respondent authorities to restrain the respondent No.9 from capturing/encroaching the P.C.C. public road over Khata No. 1756, Plot No 1947, situated at village Bhawani Tola, Mauza Kita Chauhatar, Revenue Thana No 6, P.S. Maner, Distt. Patna in view of the alleged sale deed no.12819 dated 22.08.2022.

(iii) For direction to the respondent No.2 the District Magistrate Patna to hold an enquiry and take appropriate steps for cancelation of sale deed no.12819 dated 22.08.2022 executed by respondent No.8 in favour of respondent No. 9 with respect to the land over which the P.C.C. road is in existing since long.

(iv) For directing the concerned respondent authorities to hold an inquiry and after finding the guilt, take action against the concerned erring officials and further order to institute the F.I.R. against the private respondents' No. 8 and 9 under relevant sections of Indian penal code."

2. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach

Patna High Court CWJC No.6314 of 2024(2) dt.01-07-2024 3/3 the respondents for redressal of their aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The writ petition stands disposed off.
