2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sikrahatta P.S. Case No.61 of 2023 lodged under Sections 302, 120B and 34 of the I.P.C. read with Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the bail application was earlier filed before this Court dated 05.03.2024 in which bail was granted on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- with two sureties, but in the antecedent, suppression could be made due to misinformation from the Pairwikar. As such, this order of bail could not be effective for the petitioner.
4. Counsel for the petitioner submits that in this background, the petitioner has filed a fresh bail application here in which categorically stated that there is one criminal antecedent of the petitioner in which he is on bail and he is in
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24702 of 2024(2) dt.26-04-2024 2/2 custody since 13.07.2023.
5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

After considering the facts by this Court that this time the petitioner has not made any suppression in this case, the trial court is directed to released the above named petitioner on bail, after framing of charge, if not framed, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Sikrahatta P.S. Case No.61 of 2023 , subject to the following conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.
7. However, the petitioner shall be granted bail only on being satisfied by the Trial Court that the petitioner is not absconding in any of the cases pending against him whose details are as follows:- i. Sikrahatta P.S. Case No.21 of 2016.
