No. 1585 of 2010.

Patna High Court CWJC No.1081 of 2009 (4) dt.17-03-2017 2/2 Accordingly, he makes a prayer for disposal of the present writ petition so that in the light of the order passed by Division Bench, if so advised, petitioner may avail appropriate remedy. The writ petition stands disposed of.
