The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The daughter of the informant was married to Navin Kumar Mandal on 18.06.2010. The informant alleged that after marriage the husband and other in-laws were subjecting his daughter to torture and they were demanding cot and money. On 22.05.2015, the informant came to know that his daughter was burnt to death by her husband and other in-laws. It is submitted that the petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased and since 2010 neither the informant nor his daughter made any complaint about the ill-treatment at the hands of the

Considering the nature of allegation and the fact that the petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Munger in Darhara P.S. Case No. 86 of 2015.
