Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.
This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Isuapur P.S. Case No. 219 of 2021 registered for the offences under Sections 30(a), 37(b), 37(c) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.
Considering the fact that the petitioner is 60 years old lady and she has clean antecedent, this anticipatory bail application is allowed.
Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22206 of 2022(2) dt.06-05-2022 2/2 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 1st Exclusive Special Excise Court, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Isuapur P.S. Case No. 219 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall mark her attendance in the Isuapur Police Station, District- Saran at Chapra on first Sunday of every month during the course of the pendency of the case. In default in making her attendance in the aforesaid Police Station, will result into cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U T
