The petitioner seeks bail in Pipra P.S. Case No. 20 of 2019 (Special Case No. 1627 of 2019), instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged in the written report that 30 litres of Mahua liquor kept in a plastic sack has been recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Petitioner is in custody since 13.02.2019 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20199 of 2019(2) dt.02-04-2019 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, Patna, in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 20 of 2019 (Special Case No. 1627 of 2019), subject to the condition that both the bailors will be close relatives of the petitioner.
