However, in the show cause filed on behalf of the opposite party No.6, the District Provident Fund Officer, Patna it is stated that the entire amount of GPF due to the petitioner with up-to date interest till the date of payment, as per the rules, has already been paid on the basis of the authority slip dated 5.4.2014.
In the above circumstances, the contempt application is dismissed.
