The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Nokha P. S. Case No. 178 of 2016 instituted under Sections 7 of the Essential Commodities Act.
The allegation, in brief, is that 1115 litres of kerosene oil were recovered from the house of Ravindra Singh and it is alleged that he is indulged in black marketing of kerosene oil and rice of PDS.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that both the petitioners are brothers of Ravindra Singh and they are separate having no concern with any kind of his actives and there is no recovery from their conscious possession and they have

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, namely, Ajay Singh and Vijay Singh, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas in connection with Nokha P.S.Case No. 178 of 2016; subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
