JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 26-05-2015 The petitioners apprehend their arrest in relation to Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 20 of 2014 registered under sections 147, 148, 341, 447, 323, 324, 307, 504, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners draws attention of this court to the observation made by the learned Sessions Judge in its order dated 21.11.2014 while rejecting the application for bail the learned Sessions Judge has noted that there is a case and counter case in relation to certain construction that was being done by one side and protested by the other side. . He has also noted that the parties have compromised the case.

Sangeet Rani, J.M. Isat Class, Matihari East Champaran, in Harsidhi P.S. Case no. 20 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
