The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, it is stated that the accused persons namely the petitioner, Saroj Devi, Balak Manjhi and Sunil Manjhi started to beat up the informant's wife. On the informant's father intervening, all the accused persons beat him up. The informant's father was taken to the Sadar Hospital, Nawada from where he was referred to Pawapuri Hospital and he died in course of treatment.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. The allegations are general and omnibus in nature. The petitioner has

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts of the case, the nature of allegations made in the FIR, the petitioner having remained in custody for more than 1 year and charge sheet having been submitted in the case, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Sessions Trial no. 119 of 2021 (arising out of Akbarpur P.S. Case no. 275 of 2020) on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.D.J-IV, Nawada.
