The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Special (Excise) Case No.424 of 2018 arising out of Basanahi P.S. Case No.85 of 2018 registered under Section 37 (C)of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016. The petitioner was apprehended in drunken stage and for that the petitioner is in jail since 17.08.2018 Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge (Excise Act), Saharsa in connection with Special (Excise) Case
