The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Karja P.S. Case No. 112 of 2014 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is ongoing dispute between the parties for which cases have been lodged by one party or the other.

Learned counsel for the informant submits that the injury report clearly reveals that the injuries are grievous in nature.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47749 of 2014 (5) dt.03-08-2015 However, after perusal of the F.I.R. and after going through the injury report, which has been annexed as Annexure-3 the said injuries are not matching with the injuries as described in the injury report.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission advanced, let the petitioner No. 2, Anjani Choudhary @ Anjani Kumar Choudhary and petitioner No. 3 Vikash Kuma, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., 1st Class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Karja P.S. Case No. 112 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Anjana Mishra, J) sushma/- U
