Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Section 414 and other Sections of the I.P.C.

The police raided the house of one Ajay Kumar Singh in connection with Aurangabad (Town) P.S. Case No. 109 of 2011 and motorcycles were recovered but Ajay Kumar Singh did not produce any papers. It is alleged that Ajay Kumar Singh and his associates used to prepare forged documents and sell the stolen motorcycles. The name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of Ajay Kumar Singh.

It is submitted that Ajay Kumar Singh has already been granted regular bail. The allegation is that Ajay Kumar Singh is

No.49437 of 2014 (2) dt.09-04-2015 2 / 2 indulged in preparing forged documents with regard to stolen motorcycles and the petitioner is also one of the associates of Ajay Kumar Singh, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly the same is rejected. The petitioner is directed to surrender in the court below and pray for regular bail. The court below shall consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner without being prejudiced by the order of this Court and taking into consideration that the co-accused has already been granted regular bail.
