JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 10-08-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1.(i) For issuance of writ in the appropriate nature for quashing of the order dated 24.01.2014 passed in Complaint Case No. 85 (Miscellaneous) Selection/2013 by the District Programme Officer, Nawada and further for quashing of the order dated 28.7.2014 passed in Anganwari Appeal Case No. 59 'k' of 2014 by the Deputy Director, Welfare Magadh Commissionary, Gaya whereby and whereunder both the parties have cancelled the appointment of petitioner to the post of Anganwari Sewika and

Patna High Court CWJC No.21319 of 2014(2) dt.10-08-2023 2/2 arbitrarily held that the petitioner does not belong to the community of majority residence of the Anganwari Centre No. 77.

(ii) For further issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus to hold afresh enquiry by a competent person about the veracity of population of the community in the aforesaid centre and declare that said centre is Scheduled Caste majority centre" At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of her aforesaid grievances.
