This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for modification of the order dated 16.03.2016 passed in Criminal Misc. No.924 of 2015 by a Bench of this Court, whereby the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner by order dated 12.01.2015 passed in Criminal Misc. No.924 of 2015 by a Bench of this Court was confirmed in connection with Complaint Case No.75C of 2014, pending in the court of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif, with further observation that from now, the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34823 of 2019(5) dt.18-09-2019 2/2 petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.1500/- per month to the opposite party no.2 instead of Rs.750/-.

I find no reason to modify the order dated 16.03.2016 passed by a Bench of this Court in Criminal Misc. No.924 of 2015.
