Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the OP No. 2.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the OP No. 2, at the outset, submits that process under Section 82 Cr.P.C has been issued against the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing vehemently for some time realising his difficulty, seeks permission to withdraw the anticipatory bail application. 4.

Permission is accorded.

It goes without saying that the learned trial court while deciding the case on merits shall not be prejudiced by the

Accordingly, the instant anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.
