The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sachivalaya P.S. Case No. 53 of 2016 registered under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted that during entire investigation the Police has not found that the articles mentioned in the First Information Report are the subject matter of any case of theft. It is further submitted that on completion of investigation, the Police has already submitted charge sheet in the case. Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand only)

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39523 of 2016 (2) dt.17-09-2016 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna, in Sachivalaya P.S. Case No. 53 of 2016.
