ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 17-04-2015 The Petitioner seeks revision of the order dated 17.05.2013 by which the 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Bhojpur, Ara, has refused to discharge the Petitioner in Sessions Trial Nos.86/87of 2013 arising out of Shahpur P.S. Case No.85 of 2011. It has been submitted that the Petitioner is the brother-inlaw of the deceased and he was in the army on the date on which the deceased had been accidentally burnt. He had no role to play in demanding dowry and hence, he should be exonerated. Considering that these are the question of facts which cannot be gone into at the stage of revision, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter.
The application is dismissed.

No.843 of 2013 dt.17-04-2015 2/2 The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial without granting unnecessary adjournment to any party for which reason the Trial Court shall send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for their examination along with a copy of this order to the concerned Superintendent of Police, who is directed to ensure the attendance of the witnesses on the date fixed so that there is no further delay in the trial. Counsel for the Informant is present in Court and undertakes to produce the witnesses on the date(s) fixed. If the Informant fails to do so, strict action shall be taken against him.
