In this writ application the petitioner has assailed an order of dismissal passed in the year 1998. Moreover, the writ application, having been not filed in the life time of the husband of the petitioner, who was an employee and dismissed from service, is not maintainable at the instance of his wife. That being so, this application must fail and is, accordingly, dismissed.
