Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Patrakar Nagar P.S. Case No. 667 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 17.01.2023.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22750 of 2023(2) dt.18-05-2023 2/2 after framing of charge, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna in connection with Patrakar Nagar P.S. Case No. 667 of 2022.

The petitioner will visit concerned Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
