Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 224, 225 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named in the First Information Report but subsequently, his name came in this case in course of investigation and it also came to light that he facilitated the F.I.R. named accused in fleeing away from the custody of the police. Submission of the petitioner is that on the date of occurrence, he had gone to Civil Court in connection with his case and as a matter of fact, he has been implicated in this case on mere

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37574 of 2016 (2) dt.09-09-2016 2/2 suspicion.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 261 of 2016.
