2. This is an application for cancellation of bail granted to O.P. No. 2 in Cr. Misc. No. 41517 of 2023 passed by this Courrt vide order dated 14.07.2023 in connection with Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 84 of 2023, which was registered under Sections 420, 379, 376/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the D.P. Act.
3. The only ground urged by the learned counsel for the petitioner for cancellation of the bail of the O.P. No. 2 is
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31593 of 2024(14) dt.21-11-2025 2/2 that there has been a firing done on the informant (petitioner herein) and the face of the petitioner (O.P. No. 2 herein) was captured in the CCTV footage.
4. From the report of the police, it appears that no CCTV footage has been handed over by the informant (petitioner herein) to the police.
5. In these circumstances, this application is dismissed. The trial is directed to be expedited. The accused persons will cooperate in the trial and will appear personally or through their lawyer on each and every date fixed in the Trial. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Shishir/- U
