JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 28-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-395 & 397 of the Indian Penal Code.
A bank dacoity was committed and the present case was lodged against unknown persons in respect of the aforesaid bank dacoity. In course of investigation, one co-accused, Sarvesh Paswan was arrested and confessed his guilt, disclosing the involvement of the petitioner and others in the present crime. Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Benipatti P.S. Case No. 34 of 2014 to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Benipatti, DistrictMadhubani. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) A.K.V./- U T
