The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Nawhatta P. S. Case No. 112 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 308, 380, 504 and 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering that the specific allegation of assault is upon co-accused Sanjay Malakar and Upendra Malakar and the injuries caused to the informant were also not found grievous in nature, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners named above are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.67741 of 2018(2) dt.18-12-2018 2/2 Rs.10,000/- ( Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in Nawhatta P. S. Case No. 112 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
