The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 143/145/153A/153B/295/353/427/153(A)(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

During the procession of Muharam, the allegation against the members of the Muharram party is that they have damaged Puja Pandal etc. on the way. The petitioner was identified among the miscreants of 100-150 people.
