JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 04-04-2019 Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was dismissed vide order dated 03.12.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 69108 of 2018 and allegation against the petitioner is of firing causing injury to one Nunu Lal Mehta on his chest. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has sufficiently been punished as he has been in judicial custody for 10.07.2018 and further there is no likelihood of conclusion of trial in near future.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, at this stage, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail, however, the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail after four months, if the trial is not concluded.
