2. The present Cr. Misc. Application has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. for quashing the order dated 07.05.2018 passed by S.D.J.M., Samastipur in Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 187 of 2017.

3. As per the report submitted by the learned S.D.J.M., Samastipur vide letter No.108 of 2026 dated 01.06.2026, Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 187 of 2017 has already been disposed of on 10.11.2023, as the petitioner had already been acquitted.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 187 of 2017 has already been disposed of and this case has become infructuous, accordingly, prays that

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.

6. Considering the submissions of learned counsel for the parties and the report submitted by the concerned Court, the present Cr. Misc. Application stands disposed of having become infructuous.
