Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the petitioner had already filed a complaint before the State Election Authority i.e. Respondent No.11 and the same is pending for consideration and the election authority has fixed the date for hearing the complaint of the petitioner today i.e. on 08.04.2025.

3. In view of the aforesaid, this writ petition is disposed of with direction to the Respondent No.11 to dispose of the complaint of the petitioner in accordance with law, after hearing all the concerned.
