The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Complaint case No. 1884 of 2018 for the offences allegedly committed by the petitioner under Section 498A, 326, 379 of the IPC. The complainant made allegation against her husband and other family members that they were demanding motor cycle and television and due to non fulfillment of demand of dowry the accused persons assaulted the complainant and drove her out from the house after assaulting her.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is father-in-law of the complainant. The complainant

The complainant did not make any specific allegation against the petitioner. Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that petitioner is father-in-law of the complainant, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/ surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VII, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Complaint case No. 1884 of 2018, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
