2. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and has been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant on account of dispute relating to land.
4. It is further submitted that allegation against the petitioner is of assaulting the informant by 'Dab' causing injury over his cheek and head. It is further submitted that the instant FIR has been instituted by way of counterblast to Daraul P.S. Case No.575 of 2023, instituted by the wife of the petitioner in which informant of the instant case is also an accused.

5. The learned APP opposes the anticipatory bail application and submits that from perusal of the order impugned it would manifest that the injuries suffered by the injured is on vital part of the body and is grievous in nature.
6. Considering the fact that the injuries suffered by the injured is grievous in nature, the Court is not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, accordingly, the anticipatory bail application is rejected. (Satyavrat Verma, J) Prakash Narayan U T
