The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Banka (Barahat) P.S. Case No. 88 of 2014 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 493 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that victim girl has given her statement U/s 164 Cr.P.C. in the Court below, wherein, she has stated that she has voluntarily gone to Madras on receiving telephone call from this petitioner and also performed marriage with this petitioner. She has disclosed her age to be 20 years whereas the Court has assessed her age to be 18 years. The certified copy of the aforesaid statement has been produced at the time of hearing of the bail petition which is

The petitioner is in custody since 28.8.2018 having no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Banka (Barahat) P.S.
