ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 21-04-2015 The Petitioners seek quashing of the orders dated 11.07.2013 and 01.08.2013 by which the Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur has directed the Petitioners to be physically present on each date of trial on the prayer of the Complainant in Complaint Case No. 1330 of 2010. Since the Petitioners undertake that they will be physically present on any date required by the Court, the orders dated 11.07.2013 and 01.08.2013 passed by the Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in Complaint Case No. 1330 of 2010 is, hereby, set aside.

The Application stands allowed.

The Petitioners shall file an undertaking before the Court below that they will be physically present on the dates they would be required by the Court.
