JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 04-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Silao P.S. Case No. 226 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(I-B) a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that police has arrested two persons on getting information that few persons have assembled for committing dacoity. Those arrested persons have disclosed the name of petitioner. There is no recovery of any article from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is said to be in custody since 15.2.2018. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.70760 of 2018(2) dt.04-12-2018 2/2 bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif, in connection with Silao P.S.
