1. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the opposite parties that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 19.09.2023, passed in CWJC No.9918 of 2023, the Circle Officer, Kochas, Rohtas has already passed the final order under Section 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, on 22.05.2024, in connection with Encroachment Case No.01 of 2024-25, hence the order of this Court has stood fully complied with.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the show cause, the opposite parties have referred to some of the encroachers being landless but actually they are not landless, hence the petitioner be granted liberty to agitate his subsisting grievances by taking recourse to the due process of law. Liberty
