Having regard to the fact that the opposite parties have already complied the order of this Court dated 6.2.2012 in CWJC No. 11233 of 2009 by passing a reasoned order dated 13.7.2013, no useful purpose would now be served by keeping this contempt application pending.

Nothing said in this order, however, will come in the way of the petitioner to take appropriate steps against the aforesaid reasoned order passed by the Vice Chancellor of the

Patna High Court MJC No.6281 of 2013 (2) dt.21-04-2015 University.

With the aforementioned observation and liberty, this application is disposed of.
