Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 448/363/366A/380/504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is younger brother of co-accused Serajul Haque.

Submission of the petitioner is that Serajul Haque Haque had love affairs with the daughter of the informant and for that reason false F.I.R. was lodged that brother of this petitioner and others including the petitioner forcefully kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant. The police has already submitted charge sheet in this case without recovering the victim girl.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan/Successor Court, in connection with Barharia P.S. Case No. 132 of 2016 with condition that petitioner shall cooperate with the trial of the case.
