The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dhaka P.S. Case No. 53 of 2015 for the offences registered under Sections 363, 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 6 of POSCO Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though there is allegation against the petitioner of having taken away the victim girl, she in her statement made under Section 164 Cr.P.C. before the Court stated that she was in love with the petitioner and had married with him. Subsequently, it appears from the impugned order that the victim girl had appeared with the child and submitted that she is living in her Sasural
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38092 of 2016 (2) dt.03-10-2016 peacefully.
Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioner and also the statement made under Section 164 Cr.P.C. by the victim girl, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahna at Dhaka East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Dhaka P.S.
