The prayer for grant of anticipatory bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 16.02.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6315 of 2015.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused Pankaj Mandal and Pawan Kumar Mandal have been granted anticipatory bail by another Bench of this Court.

Be that as it may, I have already rejected the anticipatory bail petition of the petitioner on 16.02.2015, I am not inclined to review my own order. Accordingly, the same is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) Saif/-Siddharth U T
