====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 23-06-2020 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

The petitioner, who is in custody since 25.03.2019, seeks bail in connection with Patliputra P. S. Case No. 78 of 2019 dated 16.02.2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code. It appears that the petitioner has not been named in the F.I.R. and his prosecution in the instant case is only on the basis of confession of a co-accused person. Another person, having similar allegation, has been granted bail by a Bench of this Court.

Considering these aspects of the matter, the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19861 of 2020(2) dt.23-06-2020 2/2 petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-XII, Patna in connection with Patliputra P. S. Case No. 78 of 2019.

The petition stands allowed.
