JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 23-02-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Begusarai Mufassil (Lakho) P.S. Case No. 376 of 2016 registered under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation is general and omnibus. They are separate in mess and business since last several years and similarly situated co-accused have been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 54197 of 2016 dated 21.12.2016 and in Cr. Misc. No. 50797 of 2016 dated 25.11.2016.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7843 of 2017 (2) dt.23-02-2017 petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within period of four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Mufassil (Lakho) P.S Case No. 376 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
