====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 26-11-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Nanpur P.S. Case No. 279 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Sections 363, 366(A), 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Counsel for the petitioner submits that victim girl after recovery has given statement under Section 164 Cr. P.C. She has not taken name of this petitioner in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr. P.C.

The occurrence is said to have taken place on 25.8.2018 and First Information Report has been lodged on 26.8.2018.

It is mentioned in paragraph-3 of the bail petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.67776 of 2018(2) dt.26-11-2018 2/2 the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Pupri at Sitamarhi, in connection with Nanpur P.S.
